People often asks me how much money do they need for a wedding. My usual reply is, how much are you willing to spend? For example, if you have P100,000.00 as your wedding budget, then plan everything according to that amount. Allocate how much is for the food and reception, wedding dress, entourage clothes, flowers, invitation cards, cake, and other wedding necessities.
Me and my husband have a very simple wedding. It was my inlaws who shouldered everything since my family really don't have anything to contribute monetarily. Even if I can afford a huge wedding, I would settle for a simple and intimate one. Some couples just want to impress other people just how extravagant their wedding celebration is. But behind close doors, they are drowning in debt. I think it is more practical to save some of that money for the future of your family. Besides, the journey does not end during wedding day, it is just the beginning of a very long and challenging life together as a couple.

hi, i agree, wedding is just the beginning so being extravagant is not advisable. my wife and i had a small and simple gathering during our wedding and we only invited close relatives and friends. i believe the most important part of the wedding is the ceremony itself and not the reception and program after. thanks for visiting my site! can i ask where are the cave tourist destinations in Davao? hi Lemuel, the only cave I was able to visit was in Samal Island. It is inhabited by a lot of bats and you have to go down a very steep slope before reaching the entrance. But you have to be with experienced cavers if you plan to visit this place. You also need gears like ropes and other mountain climbing stuffs.
